How do I wash these pillowcases?
These pillowcases are fine to sleep on right away, but if you'd like to wash before use: Wait 3 or 4 days for the paint to set. Turn the case inside out. Use delicate cycle in cold water. Please don't use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat. As with all silk screened products, vibrant colors may fade very slightly.

Are they soft?
Yes, absolutely!! We use water based, non-toxic inks to silk screen these pillowcases, and they are totally safe, and soft for your child’s face to sleep on.

What is the fabric content and thread count of these pillowcases? 
These pillowcases are the finest cotton percale, using a very high quality 180 thread count pillowcase. They are 50/50 cotton/polyester which helps reduce wrinkles.

How are these pillowcases made?
Each pillowcase is carefully hand screened using a 6 color press, and usually 60 or more in quantity.

What do you have besides pillowcases? 
We have whimsical tooth fairy pillows, toddler pillows, and night shirts. We also have a collegiate line and our new sorority line of pillowcases, toddler pillows, tooth fairy pillows, and laundry bags. We have nightshirts, rompers, toddler bibs, and baby blankets. Availability of these products is contingent on season. We also have tooth fairy pillows, door hangers, toddler and infant pillows.

How did you get started in this business? 
We purchased this business several years ago from a friend, who had a limited number of designs. We just thought it was a great concept, and with a little training from her, and a lot of trial and error, we taught ourselves the art of burning, designing, and silk screening. We spent many hours in our garage the first two years, and have since moved to our own shop.

I have seen these same pillowcases in other places such as retail stores, craft shows, and other websites.  Do you make these yourself or do you buy them from someone else?
We are the manufacturers of these pillowcases and they are our original copyrighted designs.  We sell our products at craft shows, holiday gift shows, and via our website.  We also sell wholesale to other vendors, which is why you might see our products in other places.

How are your products different from other personalized pillowcases I have seen?
Most of our competitors choose to use acrylic inks which are generally used on T-shirts.  Acrylic inks are the cheaper alternative and are what we consider to be the shortcut to silk screening on pillowcases.  Acrylic inks are generally not soft and can be scratchy, which is fine for T-shirts, but not appropriate for pillowcases that children will be sleeping on.

We, however, have chosen to produce a higher quality product using water based inks while maintaining competitive pricing.  Water based inks are consistently soft and colorfast, allow for brighter colors and breath ability, and are also ecologically friendly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard turn-around time for orders is 5-7 business days plus shipping time.  However, since we personalize all products by hand, order processing times may vary. click here for more information

What is your return / exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations on personalized merchandise.  Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization.  We are not responsible for misspelled names, incomplete information, or for wrong sizes purchased.
